Through working together, we learn about your needs and help find the right staff for you at the right time. We can co-ordinate WHS inductions, medicals and any other onboarding requirements to save you time and let you focus on other things.
The workers we send you are our employees, so we work with you to ensure their safety every day. We conduct regular safety audits, provide feedback and advice to help not just our workers, but everyone on site.
We can do as much or as little as you like. We can co-ordinate pre-employment medical, DAS, inductions and any other onboarding requirements. You can interview or meet the workers before they start, or we can send them out ready to go.
Our timesheet process is the workers responsibility. They enter and submit their times, the system emails you and you simply click to approve. It has never been easier. Alternatively, if you have your own system, we can interface it with ours also.
